Mr. Mishra is seasoned HR professional and possesses deep expertise across the full spectrum of HR functions, with particular emphasis on HR transformation, leadership development, talent management, learning and development, organizational development interventions, cultural enhancement, and rewards. His strategic vision and hands-on approach has consistently fostered high-performance cultures in the organizations he has led.

Before his tenure at Dish TV, Mr. Ashutosh held significant HR leadership roles at Zee Turner, Electrolux Kelvinator and Haier Appliances, and has also contributed his expertise at Raymond Ltd, L&T, and JK Tyre. He holds a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Human Resources, blending technical insight with strategic HR leadership.
